1.材料:面粉1000克,南瓜100克,紫薯100克,白糖1茶匙,奶粉30克,酵母适量。

2.紫薯洗净放入蒸锅蒸熟去皮碾成泥。

3.南瓜去皮切丁放入蒸锅蒸熟碾成泥。

4.面包机加入面粉,奶粉,酵母,糖(不要直接接触糖)适量水和成球形面团。

5.取出原色面团分成两份,一份加南瓜泥和成南瓜面团盖上湿布放温暖处发开。

6.一份加紫薯泥和成紫薯面团盖上湿布放温暖处发开。

7.发酵好的面团排气揉光滑分成大小一致馒头剂。

8.南瓜剂子擀成面皮。

12.两份一对向外翻转,使馅心面团向上。

13.紫色面皮包入南瓜面团。

14.按扁分成均匀的等份。

16.做好的馒头放入蒸锅醒发15-20分钟。

17.盖盖小火开锅大火蒸15分钟,虚蒸5分钟下汽开盖。
